Cancellations Policy
Our doctors and allied health members provide their services on an appointment basis and any appointment that is not attended to or is not cancelled with at least one full business day notice, will attract the late cancellation / no show fees as described below.
Please be advised that any days that the practice is not open will not be calculated in this one full business day notice period (e.g. an appointment for 10 AM on a Monday needs to be cancelled before 10 AM on the Friday to avoid the fee).
Doctor appointments:
For their standard consultations (up to 10 minutes) the fee is $40.00 and for their long consultations (20 minutes) it will be $70.00
Our allied health services:
For our physiotherapist, dietitian, podiatrist and exercise physiologist appointments the fee is $50.00
